*Improved Usability, Light Flow + Privacy* We designed a streamlined, efficient and well-lit tenant improvement project for the Family Services Agency of Marin's Sausalito location. This office provides southern Marin with a full range of mental health services. The program focuses on the 'whole' needs of individuals and families, spanning from pregnancy through old age. Our goal was to make the most out of the available space in order to best serve the agency's multi-cultural and bilingual staff and its highly varied clients.

	+	Create more usable private and group spaces

	+	Maximize both light flow through the office and privacy in selected areas





*Project Successes Achieved Through Design*

	+	The design features sunny private offices and a large meeting/conference room

	+	We used translucent glass panels in the private offices to allow the light from the windows to be brought into the interior rooms without sacrificing valuable privacy
