Project Successes Achieved Through Design
+
Green architectural features include
the use of awning sunscreens, low emission glass, “cool”
roofs, metal building and metal cladding for long lifecycle and
reduction of wood products in the building

The building has an under-floor air
supply plenum making the building more economical and efficient by
heating primarily the lower area of the workspaces

The adjoining marshland provides a
nice amenity and is viewable from many spots in the building
