Elevation, Three Townhouse Units, Mill Valley

Three three-story townhouses were created on an unusual site adjacent to Mill Valley Creek. The windows look out over the creek, with roof decks at the third-level bedrooms providing tenants additional living space on the building's more private site. The more public side of the building faces a more urban setting and is more closed down and private. The project provided much-needed affordable housing for the Mill Valley area.
